These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 365pk platform, operated at https://365pk.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "365pk", "we", "us" or "our"). 365pk is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other territories where access to such information is permitted by applicable law.

By accessing, browsing or registering on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. 365pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via the support channels available within the Platform. 365pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where a security breach is suspected.

The Platform and all Content published on it are provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial use only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following usage terms:

• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any systems connected to it.
• You will not transmit any malicious code, viruses, spyware or harmful software through the Platform.
• You will not scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written permission from 365pk.
• You will not use automated tools, bots or scripts to access, monitor or extract data from the Platform.
• You will not post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not attempt to impersonate 365pk, any 365pk employee, or any other user of the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on access to gambling-related content.

Any breach of these usage terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice and without liability to 365pk.

Where the Platform describes or references deposit methods, currency amounts or payment processes, such information is provided for informational and reference purposes only. 365pk is not a financial institution and does not process deposits or withdrawals on behalf of users.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextually familiar payment options for Pakistani users. 365pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes.
• You are under the minimum eligible age for access to the Platform.
• Continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other users or 365pk's legal obligations.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the support team via the channels available within the Platform. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which 365pk is licensed or registered to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies to gambling activities conducted within Pakistan. 365pk does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.
