Our Core Privacy Commitments
Six principles that define how 365pk approaches your personal data — before you read the full policy detail below.
Data Security
All data transmitted between your device and the 365pk Platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and request deletion of your personal data at any time. We honour these rights promptly and without unnecessary barriers. See Section 9 of this Policy for the full list of your data rights.
No Data Selling
365pk does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.
Purpose Limitation
We collect only the data we genuinely need to deliver platform services, process accounts, meet legal obligations and improve user experience. Data collected for one purpose is not repurposed without appropriate legal basis or your consent.
Retention Limits
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Transparency
We believe you deserve to know exactly how your data is handled. This Privacy Policy is written in plain, accessible English — not obscured behind dense legal language — so that every 365pk user can understand it clearly.

We collect personal data through the following channels:
- Direct interactions: Data you actively provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or updating your profile settings.
- Automated technologies: Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, log files and similar technologies when you access the Platform.

Data Processing & Use
365pk processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Account Management & Service Delivery
To create and maintain your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide access to platform features and deliver customer support. This is the primary purpose for which most personal data is collected.
Identity Verification (KYC) & Fraud Prevention
To verify your identity in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. This may involve cross-checking identity documents against third-party verification databases. Data processed for this purpose includes identity documents, payment account details and transaction patterns.
Responsible Gambling Compliance
To monitor account activity for indicators of problem gambling, to enforce deposit limits, session restrictions and self-exclusion settings, and to comply with responsible gambling obligations. This may include processing behavioural and financial data to identify at-risk users.
Communications & Support
To respond to your support queries, send transactional notifications (account confirmations, security alerts, payment confirmations) and — where you have opted in — to send promotional communications about relevant offers and platform updates.
Platform Analytics & Improvement
To analyse Platform usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, improve user experience and develop new features. Analytics data is aggregated where possible to minimise individual-level data processing.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping requirements, law enforcement requests and obligations arising under anti-money laundering legislation.
Legal Basis for Processing
365pk relies on the following legal grounds for processing your personal data, in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our obligations under the Terms & Conditions, including account management, transaction processing and service delivery.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML obligations, responsible gambling mandates and record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, analytics and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and optional platform features, where you have provided explicit, freely given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Data Sharing
365pk does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial or marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers and data processors: Third-party vendors who process data on our behalf under contract, including payment processors, KYC/AML verification providers, cloud hosting services, customer support platforms and analytics providers. These processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for any purpose other than delivering services to 365pk.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by applicable law, court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request, we may disclose personal data to competent authorities. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale or restructuring of 365pk, personal data held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations.
Payment providers referenced on 365pk — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as contextually familiar payment references only. 365pk does not share personal data with these institutions unless you have actively chosen to transact through them as part of a deposit or withdrawal process facilitated by the operator.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention principles apply:
- Active accounts: Personal data associated with active accounts is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a defined period thereafter to manage any post-closure obligations.
- Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum period as required by applicable AML, tax or financial reporting obligations, typically five to seven years from the date of the relevant transaction.
- KYC and verification records: Retained for the period required by AML compliance obligations applicable to the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
- Support and communications records: Retained for up to three years from the last interaction, to enable us to handle follow-up queries and disputes effectively.
- Marketing preferences: Retained until you opt out or request deletion, at which point they are updated promptly.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
365pk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively, remember your preferences, analyse usage patterns and support marketing activities. The following categories of cookies may be placed on your device:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Essential for the Platform to function. These cookies enable core features such as session management, security, login authentication and page navigation. They cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
Functional Cookies
Enable the Platform to remember your preferences (such as language settings, display preferences and login state) to provide a more personalised experience. Disabling these may affect certain non-essential features.

Used to collect aggregated information about how users interact with the Platform, including pages visited, time spent and navigation paths. This data helps us improve Platform performance and content. Analytics data is anonymised where possible.
Marketing & Targeting Cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse, delete or be notified before accepting cookies. Note that refusing strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from operating correctly.
International Data Transfers
365pk operates through a global infrastructure. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that adequate protections are in place, including:
- Transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection under applicable standards.
- Use of contractual protections (such as standard contractual clauses) with data processors and sub-processors located in third countries.
- Implementation of technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the risk of the transfer.
If you have questions about the specific mechanisms used to protect your data during international transfers, please contact us via the support channels described in Section 15.
Children's Privacy
The 365pk Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the minimum eligible age.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum eligible age without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and suspend the relevant account. If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to us, please contact us immediately via the support channels described in Section 15.
Security Measures
365pk implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
- Encrypted storage of sensitive personal data, including passwords and payment details, at rest.
- Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data to authorised personnel only.
- Two-factor authentication options for user accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
- Regular security assessments and monitoring of Platform infrastructure.
- Data breach response procedures, including notification protocols where required by applicable law.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for reporting any suspected unauthorised access to your account promptly.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, 365pk will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law and without undue delay.

365pk reserves the right to update, amend or replace this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements or Platform features. Updates will be communicated by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Where material changes are made to this Policy, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by direct communication to registered users where appropriate. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of how we handle your personal data.
